The Angriest Man on the Internet

The Internet's Worst Gaming (or maybe Literature) Podcast returns!

After recovering from the coldest winter in all of recorded history, join Loki Jarson and his brother Thomas, aka, L0rd Masta of YouTube fame as they recall their harrowing experience of the great Texas freeze.

Then onto more important topics: videogames! Thomas recounts his experiences with more Full Motion Video games and Loki loses his mind over it.

Specifically, we talk about the infamous Night Trap and it's part in leading to the creation of the ESRB. Then, two games you've probably never heard of: Psychic Detective and Tender Loving Care. Thomas is convinced these games have some value to offer, while Loki has nothing but pure hatred for them.

Plus:

Thomas breaks down his return to Crusader Kings 2 thanks to some innovative mods that add random silly and serious events,

Loki names alternative games that managed to do what the FMV genre attempted, but failed at,

And we consider launching a separate show where all we discuss is literature from around the world. Finally, say goodbye to that horrible clicking sound of my headset because immediately after recording this episode, I threw it away!

Enjoy today!

The Gripe about Hype

The Internet's Worst Gaming Podcast returns with an extra-long episode! Join hosts Loki Jarson and Jo Stizzy as they, after over a year, finally talk about Cyberpunk 2077 . The delays, the bugs, the fury upon release, the eventual fixes, next-gen upgrades, and the fall from grace of CD Projeckt Red . Did the devs promise lies, or was fan expectation just too high?  Then, they discuss, after even further delays, the actual gameplay. Cars, guns, quick-hacking, story spoilers and more! Is Night City worth exploring, or does the mission structure make it boring? Plus, speaking of boring: a moratorium of From Software's Dark Souls games. With the recent release of Elden Ring , the guys look back on a multi-game series that hasn't changed much in many years. Great review scores and sales mean mainstream appeal is on the rise, but will an unhelpful community lead to it's demise? Additionally, things that don't rhyme, such as: Loki , once again, dismisses a game he hasn...
